Booking conditions
A security deposit of €100 is added to the booking, to be paid in full. This covers only minor damage, and the client agrees that they remain liable for reimbursing the total cost of any damages above this amount. The deposit is refunded in full seven days after check out.
A non refundable cleaning fee of €50 is charged for all bookings, which covers washing, cleaning, housekeeping, and other costs associated with preparing the apartment for each guest. This fee was charged to the previous guests, to prepare the apartment for you!
All booking inquiries and reservations must be for a minimum of six nights or longer, and at least three days in advance. We can’t accept bookings for a shorter period than that. If you have any specific questions, please use the contact form on the Contact page before booking.
