Ten minutes from Capalbio on the road between Borgo Carige and Pescia Fiorentina is the extraordinary and fascinating Giardino dei Tarocchi, or Tarot Garden, created by the remarkable French-American artist Niki de Saint Phalle.

Between 1979 and 2002 she created twenty-two monumental figures representing and inspired by the mysteries of the Tarot, constructed of reinforced concrete and covered with mirrors and ceramic mosaic. It’s an amazing experience, world famous, and just minutes from Capalbio! The kids will love it!
