Booking conditions
A non refundable cleaning fee of €50 is charged for all bookings, which covers washing, cleaning, housekeeping, and other costs associated with preparing the apartment for each guest. This fee was charged to the previous guests, to prepare the apartment for you!
All booking inquiries and reservations must be for a minimum of six nights or longer, and at least three days in advance. We can’t accept bookings for a shorter period than that. If you have any specific questions, please use the contact form on the Contact page before booking.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to a month before check in, but if you cancel less than a month before check in 50% of the total accommodation fee is not refunded. This is because all our guests plan their holidays well in advance and book months before, so every cancelled booking period is very rarely taken up by anybody else. We will refund all money owing to you promptly, within two weeks of your cancellation.
