The castle and bridge  dell&#8217;Abbadia are Roman, and the museum there holds an extensive collection of Etruscan artifacts.<\/p>\n<p>The Vulci were the wealthiest and most influencial of the twelve tribes of Etruscan civilization for hundreds of years BC. They traded extensively with the Sardinians, ruled a large part of the Maremma, and co-founded ancient Rome.
