The last surviving 15th century windmill in the lagoon of Orbetello, used to grind wheat. Orbetello is built on a narrow peninsula in the middle of the lagoon joining the promontory of Argentario with the mainland, and is only 15 minutes up the coast from Capalbio. It has many lively bars, restaurants, cafes, and stylish shops, and the largest supermarket in the area.
