Casa Terra is our unique and authentic Tuscan apartment which opens onto a wide open front patio under grape vines that look down over the garden and nature reserve to the sea. It has exposed wooden beams, terracotta tile floors repurposed from a derelict medieval church, and is full of paintings and pottery and brass artifacts.

It’s incredibly popular and almost always booked early, but we still have one available week at the end of August. It sleeps six in two bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the living room, has two bathrooms including a bath, free internet, private parking, and all the towels and bedding you’ll need for your stay in the heart of beautiful Capalbio just 10 minutes from the sea at the best time of summer!
