The region has a wide variety of activities and sports for everyone. Straight down the highway towards Rome is the excellent Acquafelix waterpark just north of Civitavecchia. There is sailing boat hire at the Marina on the lagoon of Orbetello, and horseback riding at a number of facilities and clubs along the road north of Orbetello. On the beach at Chiarone there are kitesurfing lessons, and bike rental in Feniglia at the southern entrance to the nature reserve.
